THE SKY IS BIG ENOUGH FOR MORE STARS!

Stars symbolize greatness.  When Jesus Christ was born, three wise men saw the star appeared that pointed to the exact place of his birth.  There are people we celebrate that are from different walks of life; sports, music, technology, religion, fashion, e.t.c.  If you often wonder when you will become celebrated like these people, if at times you wonder if you also become a person of great value that can command a huge followership, then this piece is to encourage you to pursue your dreams of greatness.

You are a star yourself.  You do not need to become inferior when you see others displaying their prowess.  You have greatness inside you.  All you need to do is to understand what you are wired to do.

Aside from the uniqueness of their shape, stars are endowed with the capacity to shine.

You are born to shine but there is a space where you are to shine.  It is not in every space or sphere that you can shine.  A sage once said that it would be unfair for a fish to be judged by its ability to climb a tree, just like it would be unkind to assess a monkey by its ability to swim.  It then means that we have a habitat where our individual talents can find maximum expression.

Your gift gives you a lift into the space of your shining.  It places you in the limelight and makes you relevant.

You do not want to be a jack-of-all-trades.  You need to find out what exactly is your forte.  At times this is not so easy and at other times it is so easy.  If you are the type that engages yourself in diverse activities, you would have discovered that you are very good at something.

You don’t just wake up one morning and become a star. There is a process of becoming.  There is a time you discover yourself, develop your talents, and search for opportunities to shine and master your trade before getting to the point where you become recognized for what you do.

The extent to which you shine is another dimension.  There are stars who can be best described as a village champions.  But you can grow in relevance from being a local star, to becoming internationally recognized and highly sought-after.

Identify your talent or talents.  Find your own space, your habitat of greatness and develop yourself along that line.  It is only a matter of time.  Be patient, because your time of shining is coming.  You will become a household brand.  Your name will ring a bell, across continents.  Your voice will affect nations powerfully.  The sky is big enough to take more stars.
